Technical Hacks for Cannabis Labs - Maximizing Data Quality
Lauren Stainback, Global Product Manager Applications Specialist; NSI
Using certified reference materials and proficiency tests on a routine basis not only supports laboratory data quality, minimize risks, and ensure optimal testing operations. Doing so provides a myriad of benefit over in-house controls and keeps labs ISO 17025 compliant, court-defensible, and audit-ready. Those are critical areas of concerns in the highly regulated cannabis testing market.

Protecting Grower Profits with Plant Pathogen Testing
Nick Lawson, Field Applications Scientist; Medicinal Genomics
Hop Latent Viroid (HLVd), Pythium, and Fusarium are arguably the most destructive cannabis plant pathogens, costing growers billions in lost yields. Cannabis testing labs can be a valuable resource to growers by helping them prevent, identify, and eliminate infected plants. This presentation will include the latest information about how these pathogens spread and affect cannabis plants as well as practical advice for sampling and testing plants.
