Based in Austin, Texas, Hometown Hero, an organization that supports veterans through their proceeds stemming from their tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD) products, is getting into the holiday spirit this season with their “12 Days of Cannabis” Advent Calendar (1). In a recent press release (1), the company will be offering it for the 2023 season.
The 12-box holiday gift set for the 12 days leading up to Christmas, will include 24 edibles which offer a variety of doses ranging from 10 mg to 25 mg of Delta-9 THC which is derived from hemp (1). With the cannabis advent calendar, each box will be a mystery. Inside each of the boxes will be two of Hometown Hero’s favorite taffies, chocolate, caramel, cereal bites, and edibles (1). Additionally, there will be some exclusive items only offered with the advent gift set.
To go along with their “12 Days of Cannabis” Advent Calendar, Hometown Hero’s has created a list of films inspired by the holiday season (1). “Tis the season to enjoy with friends and family, and our advent calendar captures the holiday spirit for cannasseurs who enjoy hemp-derived cannabis products,” Lukas Gilkey commented, CEO and cofounder of Hometown Hero (1). “We’re also getting in on the holiday laughs by putting together our jolly list of films for the 12 days of cannabis.”
