What has been the biggest development or innovation you have seen at this Cannabis Science Conference?

Susan Audino: Biggest development I would have to say came from the Cultivation Track of all places. The Cultivation Track and Andrew Samann’s talk [“Terp TagsTM: A Solution for the Sativa / Indica Dilemma in Cannabis”]. Looking at characterizing the plant based on a terpene profile, it's a very unusual approach, very unique approach. And I found that very stimulating and exciting as a scientist, lots of data. He showed us some data strips that included datasets with 31,000 subjects. And as a scientist, I like data. I like empirical numbers, I like empirical data. So that particular session stuck out for me as something that's very innovative, very different, very new, and I think could potentially add a tremendous amount of value to the industry.
