Global distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment, Ellsworth Corporation, announced their recent acquisition of TapeCase Ltd (1). A 3M preferred converter, TapeCase designs, converts, manufactures, and distributes highly-engineered adhesive tape products (2). In a June press release, Ellsworth Corporation stated (1), “TapeCase’s converting services and tape offerings will complement the Ellsworth Corporation portfolio of products and services, which includes B2B distribution of adhesives and specialty chemicals, dispensing equipment, custom formulation, and repackaging.”
